Applications & Approvals

Minimum Stay & Occupancy
All rentals require a minimum stay of 90 days, unless otherwise stated.
Maximum occupancy limits apply and vary by property.
Properties are intended for residential use only.
Payments & Deposits
Approved applicants must provide a security deposit in accordance with British Columbia tenancy regulations.
Additional pet deposits may apply if a pet is approved.
All payment terms will be clearly outlined in the rental agreement.
House Rules
Guests agree to follow all house rules, including but not limited to:
Violation of house rules may result in termination of the rental agreement.
Pets
Pets are permitted only with prior written approval. Restrictions may apply based on size, breed, and building policies. Additional deposits or conditions may be required.
